Bachelor of Commerce (Entrepreneurship and International Business)
Aim
The aim of the programme is to produce graduates with competencies in entrepreneurship and international business.
Objectives
The objectives of the programme are to:
- provide students with entrepreneurial and enterprising knowledge;
- build the entrepreneurial mindset of students;
- train students to carry out general business functions;
- equip students with self-employment skills; and
- prepare students to work in an international environment.
Intended/Expected Outcomes
Students who graduate from the programme should be able to:
- pursue local, national and international entrepreneurial opportunities;
- start and grow a venture;
- carry out general business functions;
- manage self-employed ventures; and
- conduct basic international business transactions.
Admission Requirements
Applicants should hold any of the following certificates:
- Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE)
- West Africa Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (WASSCE)
- General Certificate of Education
- General Business Certificate Examinations (GBCE)
- International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE)/International Baccalaureate (IB)
- Professional Certificate and Tertiary Level Diploma
