CESED Participates in EU Networking Event
The European Union (EU) Ambassador to Ghana, His Excellency Irchad Ramiandrasoa Razaaly, hosted stakeholders in Ghana's education sector to a networking reception at his residence in Accra. The reception, which took place on Monday 20th May 2024, formed part of activities under the Europe month celebrations earmarked for promoting educational mobility and co-operation between Ghana and the EU. The event hosted ambassadors and diplomats, government officials, representatives of local and foreign universities, NGOs and private sector players.
The Director of the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Small Enterprise Development (CESED), Prof. (Mrs.) Mavis Serwah Benneh Mensah, and the Volunteer Co-ordinator of the University of Cape Coast (UCC) Business Incubator, Dr. Enoch Mensah-Williams, showcased the activities and achievements of CESED within the Centre’s broad mandates of entrepreneurship education and training, business incubation and entrepreneurship research and publication. They also used the opportunity to project Erasmus+ programmes and other EU-funded projects at UCC. Other UCC officials at the event were the Director of the Office of International Relations, Prof. Bert Boadi-Kusi and the Director of the Directorate of Research, Innovation and Consultancy, Prof. David Teye Doku.
