The Centre for Entrepreneurship and Small Enterprise Development (CESED), University of Cape Coast (UCC) and the Management for Development Foundation (MDF) West Africa Ltd. have formalised their working relationship with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The focal point of the partnership is enterprise development and entrepreneurship education for the socio-economic advancement of Ghana and its citizenry.

UCC signatories to the MoU are the Vice-Chancellor of UCC, Prof. Johnson Nyarko Boampong; Dean of the UCC School of Business, Prof. John Gartchie Gatsi; and the Director of CESED, Prof. (Mrs.) Mavis Serwah Benneh Mensah. Co-Directors of MDF West Africa Ltd., Mrs. Julia Wendy Anyanewaa Appiah and Mr. Kwaku Owusu Afriyie; and the Director for MDF Global, Mr. Richard Yeboah endorsed the MoU on behalf of MDF West Africa Ltd. 

Official exchange of the MoU took place on Monday 20^th May 2024 at the headquarters of MDF West Africa Ltd. in Accra, Ghana. The occasion was witnessed by Prof. (Mrs.) Mavis Serwah Benneh Mensah, Mrs. Julia Wendy Anyanewaa Appiah, Mr. Richard Yeboah, Mr. Kwaku Owusu Afriyie and Dr. Enoch Mensah-Williams.
